1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RobuxQuest ("the Service") at rbxon.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RobuxQuest is a reward platform that allows eligible users to earn Roblox gift card codes by completing third-party surveys and offers. RobuxQuest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. Users under 18 must have parental consent. The Service is available only in supported regions as determined by our third-party survey providers. Availability may vary.
4. Rewards and Redemption
Rewards are issued in the form of Roblox gift card codes delivered via email. Reward amounts are determined at the time of redemption and may vary. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. RobuxQuest reserves the right to deny reward requests if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) create multiple accounts; (b) use bots, scripts, or automated tools; (c) provide false information; (d) attempt to manipulate or exploit the reward system. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
6. Third-Party Surveys and Offers
Surveys and offers are provided by third-party providers including CPX Research and Torox. RobuxQuest is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these providers. Completing a survey does not guarantee a reward if the provider determines the response is invalid or incomplete.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy & Disclaimer Policy. We collect minimal data — only your email address is required to deliver rewards. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RobuxQuest does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Service. Survey availability varies by region and time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobuxQuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
RobuxQuest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
